The Oodles Noodles and Dumpling Bar is doing so well, owner Dae Oh is already planning two more restaurants in Columbus. One will be on Main Street in the Market Exchange District, and another in Clintonville.

Oh has mentioned that he’s fast-tracking these restaurants into franchises because the standards for the restaurant are very easy to replicate. He plans to have a dozen franchised outlets regionally by mid-2008 with some planned in the Chicago Metro Area.
